Our Winery
Having opened in 2022, our on-site winery sits at the heart of the Carlson Creek estate in Willcox, Arizona. Designed to serve both the craft of winemaking and the experience of our guests, the 15,000-square-foot facility brings every part of the process together in one place.
The space includes a welcoming tasting room, a private meeting room, a wine library, and flexible indoor and outdoor areas for gatherings and celebrations set among the vineyards. These spaces were created to feel relaxed and personal — places to connect with the wines, the land, and the people behind them.
At its core, the winery is a fully functioning production facility. From harvest through aging, every vintage is handled on-site, with a modern crush pad, climate-controlled barrel storage, and dedicated fermentation and production areas. This allows us to guide each wine from planting to bottle with intention and consistency, producing up to 10,000 cases annually.

“The winery has been a long time in the making,” says co-owner and winemaker Robert Carlson III. “Being able to produce our wines entirely on-site strengthens our connection to the vineyard and gives us greater control over every step of the process. It also allows us to welcome guests into the heart of what we do and share our family’s story in a meaningful way.”
As one of the largest estate vineyards in Arizona, the addition of the on-site winery represents a natural evolution — deepening our commitment to estate grown wines while creating a true gateway to Willcox Wine Country for visitors and Wine Society members alike.
